Tiffany Mountain Cabin/Tiffany Mountain is a family owned and operated cabin.
Rental Agreement/Policies and Procedures
Check-in: is at 4:00 P.M. Please do not attempt to check in earlier.
Check out is at 11:00 A.M. No Exceptions
A deposit %50 of the rental amount is required to hold your reservation.
After your deposit is received you will receive a confirmation from us or Homeaway .
All payments must be completed 15 days prior to the arrival date. Once payment is completed you will receive the address and arrival instructions. (We do all our credit card transactions through Homeaway booking, or PAYPAL ; we at no time handle your private account information.)Please call us if you need help paying online.
We will issue a full refund if your reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel 15 days prior you will receive a %50 refund. . In the event that you must cancel after the 15 day period, we will give you the option of applying the payment to another date within 1 year of the original reservation. If we are able to re book those dates you will notified and your money will be refunded.
A $100 is collected from each guest as a security deposit, this money will be refunded 3-7 business days after your checkout . The guest will forfeit part or all of the deposit, it the guest fails to adhere to the House rules listed below in this document. Please be sure to read carefully.
Our Cabin is supplied with...
towels, linens for beds (including sleeper sofa)
Cookware , dishware, and silverware
A starter set of soap supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided.
Dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, blender, washer and dryer
Firewood (we do not supply the kindling)
Fireplaces are cleaned and closed April thru September
During this closed off period a $25 fee will be assessed if the fireplace is used.
Hot tubs and Jacuzzis should be entered at your own risk. There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs---use with discretion and at your sole responsibility. Never leave children unattended in the hot tub or Jacuzzis. Always keep the cover on the tub when not in use, turn off the jets when done, and press down the temp. dial to 100 degrees .
**Hot tub covers are fragile and expensive, please place upright next to the tub when tub is in use, do not allow children to walk or jump on it. Use the provided handles to move cover not the heat guard flaps. Damages to the hot tub cover will be charged to the guest.
Our cabin has a pool table, do not allow children on the pool table as this is dangerous and damages the felt. Any damage to the pool table or its components will be charged to the guest.
Maintenance and Housekeeping
We perform regular maintenance and make every effort to keep all amenities in good working order. As in any home, appliances, hot tubs, A/C and heating units, satellite TV, fireplaces, etc. may malfunction on occasion ,and while we do not offer refunds or discounts for such inconveniences, we will make every effort to correct any problems that may arise during your stay. Please report all maintenance issues to us.
Damages and Excessive Cleaning
In the event of damage or the need for excessive cleaning after your departure, you will be charged for the extra time housekeeping requires and any inconvenience that you caused to our incoming guests. This charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
The housekeeper will provide the owner appropriate documentation which will be shared with Homeaway and the guest.
During the winter months, caution should be used and local weather bulletins followed. Salt for the driveway is kept under the sink. During the spring and summer the weather can be unpredictable, and storms can cause loss of power. Please bring flashlights and always have a few bottles of water just in case.
We do not offer discounts or refunds if you are unable to arrive to the cabin due to increment weather conditions.
Wi-Fi, and Cable TV
We do not have land line telephone, however, Wi-Fi and cable TV are available.
Lost and Stolen Items
Keep the doors to your vehicles and the cabin locked when you are not around. We have a keyless entry pad on our door which eliminates the fear of lost and misplaced keys.
We are not responsible for locating, retrieving , or returning lost or stolen items. On the day of your departure make sure to collect all your personal items, phone chargers, jewelry, etc.
** I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and that I will be held responsible for the care of the property being rented under my name. I accept the responsibility for damages, theft or extra cleaning charges during my stay or those discovered after my departure.
It is understood and agreed that payment upon Invoice signifies that the Agreement has been read, fully understood, and accepted by both parties.
